Overview

Evan Leibhan is Leader of the Private Equity Practice Group. He has extensive experience representing private equity firms, family offices, founders, and independent sponsors in connection with their acquisitions, divestitures, equity raises, investments, debt financings, restructurings, and other complex business transactions. During his career, he has advised on and closed over 500 acquisition/sale transactions in a variety of industries with transaction sizes ranging from a few million dollars to over $1 billion in deal value. In addition, he provides advice on a wide variety of matters to a number of privately held companies, including the portfolio companies of his private equity, family office, and sponsor clients.
