Honigman Advises Stronghouse Solutions in Its Acquisition of Gustafson Roofing

Honigman advised Stronghouse Solutions, a national leader in roofing and exterior services owned by O2 Investment Partners, LP, in its acquisition of Gustafson Roofing, provider of residential and commercial roofing solutions in South Florida.

With the acquisition comes an opportunity for Stronghouse to bolster its position in the retail exterior division in Southeast Florida. In this new partnership, Stronghouse will provide Gustafson best-in-class processes, capital investment, technology innovation, and operational support.

The terms of the acquisition were undisclosed.
