In the interest of continuing to grow and strengthen our relationship, our newly redesigned client feedback program includes comprehensive client feedback sessions as a way for the Honigman team to better understand and meet your needs. We offer two types of feedback discussions:

  • “After Action” Review: This is a meeting during which we ask you for your feedback after a significant matter. We hope to discuss your general satisfaction with our performance and any improvements Honigman can make to staffing, pricing, efficiency, communication, project management, etc., as well as conducting a “lessons learned” analysis that will benefit the client in future matters. We will consult with you to determine whether or not an after action review should be conducted upon the conclusion of a matter.
  • Annual Relationship Review: This is a more in-depth meeting during which we ask you for an annual review of our overall relationship and provision of services. We encourage a detailed, open discussion on any improvements we can make to our current services and whether there are any additional needs that we can address for you.
