Honigman Represents 4M Building Solutions in Acquisitions of Bluegrass Commercial Cleaning and Rainbow Maintenance Services

Honigman recently represented 4M Building Solutions, a portfolio company of O2 Investment Partners, in connection with its acquisitions of Bluegrass Commercial Cleaning, a commercial cleaning company based in Mayfield, Kentucky, and Rainbow Maintenance Services, a commercial cleaning company based in Elgin, Illinois.

Founded in 1978, 4M Building Solutions is a full-service cleaning, janitorial, housekeeping, and disinfection company headquartered in St. Louis, Missouri. Bluegrass and Rainbow represent 4M’s 15th and 16th acquisitions since partnering with O2 Investment Partners in January 2023.

The Honigman deal team was led by Corporate Partners Evan Leibhan and Nicholas Pedersen, and Associate George Cobane, along with the finance team, which included Partners Clara Seymour and M. Brian Braum, Jr., and Associate Jonathan Winkle.
