Overview
Nick Pedersen is a corporate attorney focusing his practice on private equity, mergers and acquisitions, securities transactions, and general corporate matters. Nick provides these services to private equity funds, family offices, independent sponsors and their portfolio companies. In addition, he regularly represents closely held businesses in sale transactions to both financial and strategic buyers. Nick also represents life sciences and pharmaceutical companies in strategic transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, licensing transactions and capital raises.
Nick serves as the firm’s Summer Associate Hiring Partner.
