Honigman Advises O2 Investment Partners on Partnership with Steffl Drilling & Pump

Honigman recently advised O2 Investment Partners, a private equity firm, on its partnership with Steffl Drilling & Pump and the Steffl family. The Company provides water well drilling and repair services to municipal, agricultural, commercial, and residential customers.

The terms of the investment were not disclosed.

The Honigman corporate deal team consisted of Partners Evan J. Leibhan and Nicholas Pedersen and Associates Austin P. Holtshouser and Collin T. Place along with the finance deal team of Partner Clara L. Seymour and Associate Sarah A. Schade-McCarter.
