Honigman Represents First Class Air in Strategic Partnership with Vertical Aerospace

Honigman recently represented First Class Air in connection with its investment and partnership with Vertical Aerospace.

First Class Air is an integrated aviation aftermarket company. Vertical Aerospace, based in Bristow, Oklahoma, is an aviation maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) provider specializing in aircraft structural repair, engineering, and fabricated part manufacturing services for commercial, cargo, and military aircraft. Vertical Aerospace will continue operating from its 226,000 square foot facility in Bristow.

A Honigman deal team led by Corporate Partners Evan Leibhan and Nicholas Pedersen, with support from Associates George Cobane and Nathaniel Penning, advised First Class Air on the transaction.
