Honigman Advises All County Tire & Auto on Acquisition of Auto Repair Pros

Honigman recently advised All County Tire & Auto, a Straightaway brand, in its acquisition of Auto Repair Pros, adding seven South Florida locations to its growing network.

The acquisition marks All County Tire & Auto’s first major expansion into South Florida, extending the company’s footprint beyond Northeast Florida and the Gulf Coast while reinforcing its continued commitment to delivering high-quality automotive repair and maintenance services to customers across Florida.

The Honigman deal team was led by Corporate Partners Evan Leibhan, Nicholas Pedersen, Paul Howarah, and Associates George Cobane, Moshe Gottesfeld, and Nathaniel Penning along with the finance deal team of Partner Michelle Bleda Drew and Associate Lauren Legner.
