Honigman Advises O2 Investment Partners and Its Platform, Straightaway Tire & Auto, in Acquisition of The Shop @ 160

Honigman recently advised O2 Investment Partners and its platform, Straightaway Tire & Auto, in its acquisition of The Shop @ 160, a full-service automotive repair shop located in Fort Mill, South Carolina.

The acquisition marks Straightaway’s entry into the North and South Carolina market and its first shop in the greater Charlotte region, where the company is headquartered. Straightaway operates a national network of automotive repair shops spanning the Northeast, Midwest, Mountain West, and Southeast.

The Honigman deal team was led by Corporate Partners Evan Leibhan, Nicholas Pedersen, Paul Howarah, and Associates George Cobane and Moshe Gottesfeld along with the finance deal team of Partner Michelle Bleda Drew and Associates Lauren Legner and Kelly Lewis.
