Honigman Represents Silverlake Automotive in Acquisition of Northwest Automotive

Honigman recently represented Silverlake Automotive in connection with its acquisition of Northwest Automotive, a leading automotive repair and maintenance provider in Spokane Valley, Washington.

The acquisition marked Silverlake Automotive’s sixth location, its first location in Washington state, and its first acquisition since joining the Straightaway family of brands earlier this year.

The Honigman deal team was led by Corporate Partners Evan Leibhan, Nicholas Pedersen, Paul Howarah, and Associates George Cobane and Moshe Gottesfeld, along with the finance team, which included Partner Michelle Bleda Drew and Associates Lauren Legner and Kelly Lewis.
