Honigman Represents O2 Investment Partners as Xobee Networks, Inc. Unites with Telco Business Solutions

Xobee Networks, Inc., a managed IT and cloud services provider and portfolio company of O2 Investment Partners, formed a partnership with Telco Business Solutions, a provider of VoIP, managed IT, and low-voltage infrastructure solutions serving small and mid-sized businesses. Honigman advised O2 as it completed the transaction.

The partnership will allow Xobee to broaden its footprint in the Bay Area and Central Coast and enhance its offerings. In turn, the partnership will position Telco for continued growth and enable the company to maintain its high standard of customer service.
