Paul Guenther is an attorney in the Corporate department focusing his practice on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, securities transactions, and general corporate matters. During his career, Paul has advised on and closed over 100 acquisition/sale transactions in a variety of industries and transaction sizes ranging from a few million dollars to over $1 billion in deal value. Paul provides representation and counseling throughout the United States on behalf of private equity funds, independent sponsors, and many closely held businesses. He manages transactions in a wide variety of industries, including manufacturing, automotive, healthcare, distribution, food products, dental practices, HVAC, aerospace and defense, and software. Paul also regularly provides wide ranging legal advice to many closely held businesses and the portfolio companies of private equity sponsors.
