Honigman Represents O2 Investment Partners in Collaboration with Dynamic Drain Technologies

Honigman recently advised O2 Investment Partners as it made an investment in and partnered with Dynamic Drain Technologies, a provider of trenchless pipe rehabilitation services. The new partnership will support Dynamic Drain’s expansion and will enhance the value it delivers to its customers.
The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
