Honigman Advises O2 Investment Partners on Centex Construction’s Partnership with One Way Property Restoration

Honigman recently advised O2 Investment Partners in its investment and strategic partnership with One Way Property Restoration, a provider of 24/7 emergency mitigation and restoration services for water and fire damage, mold remediation, reconstruction, and carpet cleaning services. The transaction was completed through Centex Construction, a leading provider of renovation, restoration, and maintenance services.

The partnership will bring enhanced development and expansion for both entities – including additional services to offer customers and a broadened geographic footprint.
