Honigman Advises O2 Investment Partners as Xobee Networks, Inc. Joins Forces with Tidal Communications, Inc.

Xobee Networks, Inc., a managed IT and cloud services provider and portfolio company of O2 Investment Partners, has joined forces with Tidal Communications, Inc., a provider of business communication and connectivity solutions. Honigman advised O2 throughout the transaction.

The newly formed union allows Xobee to broaden its capabilities and gives Tidal access to Xobee’s broad reach and technical strength, positioning both organizations to more effectively serve their clients’ evolving needs.
