Honigman Advises Vessco Water in Acquisition of Unico Mechanical and Bender CCP

Honigman recently advised Vessco Water, a family of companies dedicated to delivering a clean, safe, and sustainable water infrastructure across the United States as it acquired engineered rotating-equipment specialists Unico Mechanical and Bender CCP, known jointly as Unico-Bender.

The addition of the Unico-Bender organizations will assist Vessco in strengthening its rotating-equipment repair, heavy industrial machining, and field services for municipal, naval, and hydropower customers across the U.S.

The terms of the transaction were undisclosed.

The Honigman corporate deal team of Evan J. Leibhan, Nicholas Pedersen, Paul W. Howarah, and Jacob P. Stropes advised Vessco Water on the transaction.
