Honigman Advises Colfax Creek Capital on Acquisition of Performance Stamping

Honigman advised Colfax Creek Capital, a private investment firm, on its acquisition of Performance Stamping, a Chicago-area manufacturer of precision metal stampings and fabricated components based in Carpentersville, Illinois.

Performance Stamping specializes in deep draw, progressive die, and compound stamping, producing formed components and stamped assemblies for demanding OEM applications. 

The terms of the transaction were undisclosed.

The Honigman corporate deal team consisted of Partner Nicholas Pedersen and Associate Nicholas A. Prys along with the finance deal team of Partner Michelle Bleda Drew and Associates Sarah A. Schade-McCarter, and Lillian Huff.
