Honigman Advises Vessco Water in Acquisition of R.L. Deppmann Company

Honigman recently advised Vessco Water, a family of companies dedicated to distributing a clean, safe, and sustainable water infrastructure across the United States, on its acquisition of R.L. Deppmann Company, a leading manufacturer’s representative specializing in commercial HVAC, plumbing, and water systems in Michigan and Northern Ohio.

The new union strengthens Vessco’s network, as R.L. Deppmann brings an extensive product portfolio, engineering expertise, and a legacy of industry leadership.

The terms of the transaction were undisclosed.
