Honigman recently advised O2 Investment Partners and its platform, Straightaway Tire & Auto, on subsidiary Victory Tire & Auto’s acquisition of Jack’s Auto Service, a well-established automotive repair facility in Northeast Minnesota.

The acquisition is Victory’s 20^th location and second shop in the Grand Rapids, Michigan market, enhancing Victory’s presence in the Grand Rapids area and preserving Jack’s long-standing reputation for quality and trust.
