Honigman Advises O2 Investment Partners and Its Platform, Straightaway Tire & Auto, on Acquisitions by its Subsidiaries, All County Tire & Auto and Victory Tire & Auto

Honigman recently advised O2 Investment Partners and its platform, Straightaway Tire & Auto, and its subsidiaries, All County Tire & Auto and Victory Tire & Auto, both providers of automotive repair and maintenance services, on their completed acquisitions.

All County Tire & Auto acquired JC Automotive, a St. Petersburg, Florida automotive repair service provider and Victory Tire & Auto acquired Babcock Auto Care, a Rochester, Minnesota automotive care provider. 

The acquisitions will allow All County Tire & Auto and Victory Tire & Auto to strategically expand their presences on the west coast of Florida and across Minnesota, respectively. Both subsidiaries and their newly-acquired companies share core values including integrity in engaging with customers, reliable service, and expertise in repairs, allowing continuity in excellent service for their customers. Both All County Tire & Auto and Victory Tire & Auto look forward to continuing these legacies.
