Honigman Advises Azureon, an O2 Investment Partners Platform, on Investment in Pooltek Services

Honigman recently advised Azureon, O2 Investment Partners’ pool care platform, on its investment in and partnership with Pooltek Services.

Founded in 1986 and based in Rockville, Maryland, Pooltek is a family-owned provider of pool maintenance, repair, and renovation services.

Pooltek marks Azureon’s 12th acquisition as the platform expands its footprint to the DMV (DC, Maryland, Virginia) region.

The terms of the investment were not disclosed.

The Honigman deal team was led by Corporate Partners Evan J. Leibhan and Michael Rhoad and Associates Austin P. Holtshouser and Nicholas Prys along with the finance deal team of Partner Clara L. Seymour and Associate Sarah A. Schade-McCarter.
