Honigman Represents Kelso Industries in Acquisition of All Electric, LLC

Honigman recently represented Kelso Industries, a provider of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and related building services, in connection with its acquisition of All Electric, LLC, an electrical contracting and energy services company headquartered in Gillette, Wyoming.

A Honigman deal team led by Corporate Partners Evan Leibhan, Alexander Whang, Michael Rhoad, and Alexander Moss with support from Associate Chelsea Wender advised Kelso on the transaction.
