Honigman Advises O2 Investment Partners and its Pool Care Platform, Azureon, in Acquisition of Precision Pool & Spa

Honigman recently represented O2 Investment Partners and its pool care platform, Azureon, a provider of pool care services in the United States, as it made an investment in and partnered with Precision Pool & Spa, a full-service pool maintenance and construction company that provides residential pool installation, renovation, maintenance, and other services across upstate New York. 

This transaction marks the 11^th for Azureon and will allow the company to bolster its presence in the Northeast region. While Precision will sustain significant ownership of the platform, it will benefit from Azureon’s operational and technological resources.

The terms of the investment were not disclosed.

The Honigman corporate deal team of Partners Evan J. Leibhan and Michael J. Rhoad, with support from Associates Austin P. Holtshouser and Nicholas A. Prys, along with the finance deal team of Partner Clara L. Seymour and Associate M. Brian Braum, Jr., advised O2 Investment Partners and Azureon on the transaction.
