Honigman Advises O2 Investment Partners on Partnership with Atlas Asphalt

Honigman recently advised O2 Investment Partners, a private equity firm, on its partnership with Atlas Asphalt and the Company’s operators, Tyler and Jordan Cianciulli.

Founded in 1988 and based in Islandia, New York, Atlas Asphalt is a second‑generation, family‑led provider of maintenance paving services for commercial and residential customers. The Company offers a full suite of services, including asphalt and concrete paving, sealcoating, crack filling, line striping and marking, parking signage, drainage repair, and other maintenance programs.

The terms of the investment were not disclosed.

The Honigman corporate deal team consisted of Partners Evan J. Leibhan, Laura J. Davis and Associates Joseph M. Kuzmiak and Gareth T. Ulmer along with a finance deal team of Partner Michelle Bleda Drew and Associate Sarah A. Schade-McCarter.
