Honigman Advises Stronghouse Solutions in its Acquisition of Centurion Exteriors

Honigman advised Stronghouse Solutions, a national leader in roofing and exterior services owned by O2 Investment Partners, LP, in its acquisition of Centurion Exteriors, a premier provider of roofing, windows, and other exterior services based in Fort Wayne, Indiana.

The acquisition of Centurion is Stronghouse’s second of 2025. The first was its acquisition of Gustafson Roofing, a transaction where Honigman also advised Stronghouse. With this acquisition, Stronghouse will expand into Indiana and Northwestern Ohio, enhancing its presence in the Midwest and Great Lakes region as well as creating an entry point into the broader Ohio Valley.

The terms of the acquisition were undisclosed.

A Honigman team led by Corporate Partners Laura J. Davis and Evan J. Leibhan advised Stronghouse on the matter, with support from Associates Jay P. Geiss and Lea T. Glenn, as well as Benjamin D. Bartek and Alan R. Coatney from the Honigman Review Solutions team, along with the finance deal team led by Partner Clara L. Seymour with support from Associates Collin T. Place and Sarah A. Schade- McCarter.
