Honigman Represents Kelso Industries in Acquisition of Clearwater Construction & Management, LLC

Honigman recently represented Kelso Industries, a provider of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and related building services, in connection with the acquisition of Clearwater Construction & Management, LLC, a Spokane, Washington-based construction company.

Clearwater Construction & Management is known for self-performing the full scope of a project as a general contractor, design-build contractor, and structural concrete subcontractor.
