- Handles immigrant (EB-1, EB-2, and EB-3) and nonimmigrant (B-1, H, L, E, O, P, and TN) visa applications
- Manages the PERM labor certification process
- Advises clients on Labor Condition Application, I-9, and E-Verify compliance matters, providing training and internal audit assistance
- Counsels clients in a diverse range of industries, including automotive, engineering, financial services, academic, and information technology
- Advises clients on immigration challenges relating to corporate restructuring, including mergers and acquisitions
