Jordan has a dynamic corporate law practice advising clients in a broad range of complex transactions and corporate and securities matters.

He has significant experience advising clients on variety of complex transactions, including M&A and capital raising transactions.

Jordan provides legal advice to entrepreneurs, founders, investors, closely held private companies, and public companies across a range of industries, who look to him for advice and guidance on their most complex legal matters and on a wide range of day-to-day issues, including governance, capital raising and financing, regulatory compliance, commercial agreements, business succession and planning, and other operational matters.

Jordan advises startups and VC-backed companies at all stages of growth on corporate, transactional and financing matters. Additionally, Jordan counsels investors in connection with investments in such companies at each stage of a company’s life cycle, from pre-seed to late-stage preferred stock financing.

Jordan also assists investors and builders with navigating the continuously developing legal landscape for cryptocurrency, smart contracts and blockchain technology.
