Honigman Advises Micro-LAM, Inc. in Acquisition by IDEX Corporation

Honigman recently advised Micro-LAM, Inc., an advanced optics manufacturer specializing in laser-assisted machining, ultra-precision diamond tools, and custom optics, in its acquisition by IDEX Corporation, a designer and builder of engineered products and mission-critical components. The acquisition also includes Micro-LAM’s subsidiaries, 603 OPTX and M10 Edge.

The strategic acquisition will complement the optical technologies solutions within the IDEX Health & Science Technologies segment.
