Honigman Advises Quality Life Science Logistics & Transportation in Recapitalization by Bluejay Capital Partners

Honigman recently represented Quality Life Science Logistics & Transportation (QLS), a provider of specialized cold chain transportation and logistics solutions for the pharmaceutical and life sciences industries, as it was recapitalized by Bluejay Capital Partners, LLC, a specialist in partnering and investing in transportation and logistics businesses.

The partnership will enable QLS to maintain momentum around its position as an industry leader and also to expand its reach across markets.

The terms of the acquisition were undisclosed.

A Honigman deal team led by Partner Jordan K. Schwartz along with support from Associates Mazen Hajali and Nathaniel J. Penning advised QLS on the matter.
