Honigman recently represented Horsepower Automotive Group, a portfolio of aftermarket automotive brands serving the off-road, overlanding, and adventure vehicle markets, in connection with its sale to River Associates Investments.

Headquartered in Chandler, Arizona, Horsepower Automotive designs, manufactures, and distributes performance parts and accessories for enthusiast vehicle platforms. The company serves vehicle owners, upfitters, distributors, original equipment manufacturer (OEM) accessory programs, and direct-to-consumer channels.
