Honigman Elevates Nine Attorneys to Partner

Honigman LLP is pleased to announce that the firm’s board of directors has elected the following nine attorneys as partners, effective January 1, 2020.

Danielle F. Bass (Detroit) is a member of the Corporate department. She focuses her practice on transactional matters involving information technology, intellectual property, and media with an emphasis on commercial transactions. Bass earned her J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Michigan Law School.

Andrew J. Boes (Bloomfield Hills) is a member of the Intellectual Property department. He counsels clients on intellectual property strategies, including protection options under the U.S. patent, trademark, and copyright laws.  Boes earned his J.D. from the University of Toledo College of Law.  

Caitlin B. Carey (Kalamazoo) is a member of the Real Estate department. She counsels clients on general real estate matters focusing on commercial, industrial, and office buildings. Carey earned her J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School.

Bryan L. Coe (Detroit) is a member of the Real Estate department. He represents clients in real estate transactions focusing primarily on retail acquisitions, financing, development, leasing, and dispositions, as well as industrial and multifamily acquisitions and developments.  Coe earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Minnesota Law School.    

Raechel T.X. Conyers (Detroit) is a member of the Litigation department. She focuses her practice on product liability actions and complex commercial matters. Conyers earned her J.D. from Washington University School of Law.   

Nicholas J. Jones (Detroit) is a member of the Corporate department. His practice primarily focuses on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, financing transactions, government relations and regulatory matters, and other general corporate matters. Jones earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from Wayne State University Law School. 

Renee D. Naylor (Bloomfield Hills) is a member of the Real Estate department. She represents a wide range of commercial real estate owners and operators in transactions throughout the U.S., with a particular emphasis on hospitality and lodging transactions.  Naylor earned her J.D. from Northwestern Pritzker School of Law.   

Jared S. Pickman (Detroit) is a member of the Corporate department. He focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and general corporate matters. Pickman earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Illinois College of Law.

Mario A. Talerico (Detroit) is a member of the Corporate department. His practice primarily focuses on corporate finance, bankruptcy, restructuring and insolvency, corporate governance, business formations, and other general corporate and commercial matters. Talerico earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from Michigan State University College of Law.
