Nick Jones is an attorney in the firm’s Corporate Department. His practice primarily focuses on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, financing transactions, government relations and regulatory, and general corporate matters.

  • Assists clients with complex business transactions, including structuring and negotiating strategic and leveraged acquisitions and divestitures, mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt financings, recapitalizations and restructuring, as well as general corporate counseling and compliance
  • Advises clients in a wide variety of industries, including automotive, casino and gaming, consumer products, professional and financial services, manufacturing, technology, agriculture, and digital media
