Honigman Represents NewEdge Capital Group in Stonegate Investment Group Affiliation with NewEdge Advisors

Honigman recently represented NewEdge Capital Group (NewEdge), a subsidiary of EdgeCo Holdings, L.P., a portfolio company of Parthenon Capital Partners, in connection with the affiliation of Stonegate Investment Group of Birmingham, Alabama with its NewEdge Advisors platform.

Stonegate’s 13-person advisory team oversees approximately $6 billion in client assets and is the largest team to affiliate through NewEdge Advisors’ Pillar Channel program. The transaction enabled the Pillar Channel to surpass $14 billion in client assets.

Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

A Honigman team led by Partners Steven J. Migliore, Nicholas J. Jones, and Associate George M. Cobane advised NewEdge on the transaction, with support from Partner Herbert F. Allen and Associate Madeline A. Greathouse.
