Overview
Hussein Bazzi is a Staff Attorney in the Corporate Department who focuses his practice on corporate matters, including commercial transactions, as well as mergers and acquisitions.
Hussein is a member of the Transactions and Counseling Practice Group, and also assists the Government Relations and Regulatory Group on corporate transactional matters.
Hussein also specializes in the review and drafting of non-disclosure or confidentiality agreements, while managing Honigman’s NDA Hub.
