Honigman Represents Sciens Building Solutions in Acquisition of Fire Safety, Inc.

Honigman recently advised Sciens Building Solutions, a fire and life safety company, in its acquisition of Fire Safety, Inc., a Clearwater, Florida-based licensed sprinkler contractor specializing in the installation and servicing of fire suppression systems and fire pumps.

The acquisition expands Sciens’ footprint in Florida and enhances its ability to deliver comprehensive fire and life safety services to customers across the state.
