Honigman Represents Sciens Building Solutions in Acquisition of ARK Systems, Inc.

Honigman recently advised Sciens Building Solutions, a fire and life safety company, in its acquisition of ARK Systems, Inc., a Columbia, Maryland-based provider of integrated solutions for data communications, video, sound, fire, and security alarm systems.

The acquisition expands Sciens’ portfolio of companies in the United States and supports its continued growth across key markets nationwide.
