Alex Parrish is one of the leading corporate lawyers in the Midwestern U.S. He regularly advises companies on a wide array of transactional matters, including: capital formation; mergers and acquisitions; joint ventures; the issuance, sale, and regulation of securities; and general corporate matters (including corporate governance).

  • His clients include Fortune 500 manufacturing and service companies, as well as startups, closely held and family-owned firms, and a number of this country's leading minority- and women-owned enterprises
  • He possesses significant experience as counsel to financial institutions, investment banks, hedge funds, and private equity companies in corporate and project finance transactions
  • He regularly counsels clients on reorganizations, workouts, and bankruptcies, including investor groups purchasing business assets in bankruptcy or receivership, and he has assisted numerous financially distressed businesses in strategic dispositions of assets and restructuring of debt
