Parrish Named to Michigan Lawyers Weekly’s Inaugural “Hall of Fame”

Partner Alex L. Parrish has been named to Michigan Lawyers Weekly’s “Hall of Fame” inaugural class. This honor recognizes Michigan’s legal leaders for their notable success and demonstration of strong leadership within and outside the legal profession.

Parrish currently serves as the co-leader of Honigman’s Mergers and Acquisitions practice group and he serves on the firm’s board of directors.  He is also a long-standing member of Honigman’s Committee on Minority Initiatives where he has been a steadfast leader promoting diversity.

Parrish advises clients on a wide array of transactional matters including mergers and acquisitions, capital formation joint ventures, securities matters  and corporate governance.
