Honigman welcomes ten new associates

The law firm of Honigman Miller Schwartz and Cohn LLP is pleased to announce that ten attorneys have joined the firm. Nine of the attorneys, who are members of several practice areas, will work in the firm’s Detroit office and one, Kara Hoorn, will work in the firm’s Kalamazoo, Michigan office.

Honigman’s ten new attorneys are:

Daniel N. Adams, Bankruptcy, Reorganization and Commercial Department. Mr. Adams received his J.D. from Emory University Law School and his B.A. from the University of Michigan.

Ekanem A. Akan, Litigation Department. Ms. Akan received her J.D. from the University of Windsor Faculty of Law and the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law and her B.A. from Carleton University.

Kenton M. Bednarz, Corporate and Securities Department. Mr. Bednarz received his J.D. from Wayne State University Law School and his M.S.E and B.S.E. from the University of Michigan.

Naeha Dixit, Environmental Department. Ms. Dixit received her J.D. from Emory University Law School and her B.A. from Columbia University.

Casey A. Fry, Business Immigration Department. Ms. Fry received her J.D. from Michigan State University College of Law and her B.S. from Seton Hall University.

Karissa M. W. Holmes, Corporate and Securities Department. Ms. Holmes received her J.D. from Wayne State University School of Law and her B.A. from the University of Michigan.

Kara L. Hoorn, Corporate and Securities Department. Ms. Hoorn received her J.D. from the University of Richmond Law School and her B.A. from Kalamazoo College.

Nosson C. Stoll, Tax Department. Mr. Stoll received his J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School and his Bachelor of Talmudic Law from Ner Israel Rabbinical College.

Ryan J. Thomas, Real Estate Department. Mr. Thomas received his J.D. from the University of Colorado School of Law and his B.A. from the University of Colorado at Boulder.

Kimberly A. Yourchock, Bankruptcy, Reorganization and Commercial Department. Ms. Yourchock received her J.D. from Wayne State University and her B.A. from Kalamazoo College.
