Honigman Advises James Group Inc. in Connection with its Acquisition of EnovaPremier, LLC

Honigman recently represented James Group Inc. (JGI), a leading provider of integrated automotive logistics, transportation, and supply chain solutions, in its acquisition of EnovaPremier, LLC, a provider of tire and wheel assembly services to automotive OEMs with facilities in Alabama, Indiana, Kentucky, and Michigan.

Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
