Honigman Advises ZF Friedrichshafen AG on 1.5 Billion Euro Sale of its Advanced Driver Assistance Systems Business to Harman International

Honigman recently served as U.S. counsel to ZF Friedrichshafen AG, a global technology company and supplier of mobility systems for passenger cars, commercial vehicles, and industrial technology, on the carve-out and sale of its Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) business unit to Harman International, engineer and manufacturer of audio, video and lighting products.

The enterprise value agreed upon is €1.5 billion. The transaction is anticipated to close in the second half of 2026, subject to the necessary regulatory approvals.
