Honigman Advises ProSites Inc., a Portfolio Company of Rockbridge Growth Equity Management, in Acquisition of GeniusVets

Honigman recently advised Prosites Inc., a portfolio company of private equity firm Rockbridge Growth Equity Management and provider of marketing and website services for dental, veterinary, accounting, and legal practices, as it acquired GeniusVets, a veterinary marketing and engagement company.

With the acquisition, GeniusVets will join ProSites’ brand, LifeLearn, a provider of digital marketing and client communication solutions for veterinary practices. The new union will enable veterinarians across the country to have greater control over their marketing campaigns and reach an increased number of customers.

The terms of the transaction were undisclosed.

A Honigman team led by Corporate Partners Steven J. Migliore and Brian D. Towne, with support from Associates Jacob P. Stropes and Nathaniel J. Penning, along with the finance deal team led by Partner Michelle Bleda Drew, with support from Associates Chase O. Yarber and Kylie M. Densmore-Slinkman, advised ProSites on the matter.
