Paul Mardirosian represents local and national developers, owners, and operators on real estate acquisitions, dispositions, financings, development and land use issues, organizational structuring, leasing, and other related matters.

  • Counsels developers in urban redevelopment projects, from project planning through completion, including the negotiation of development agreements and public-private partnerships with municipalities
  • Represents borrowers in financing transactions, including traditional mortgage loans, construction loans, bridge loans, and mezzanine financings
