Paul Mardirosian is a real estate attorney in Honigman’s Detroit office. Paul works with local and national developers, owners, and operators on real estate acquisitions, dispositions, financings, development and land use issues, organizational structuring, leasing, and other related matters. 

Paul has specific experience working with developers on urban redevelopment projects from project planning through completion, including the negotiation of development agreements and public-private partnerships with municipalities, obtaining municipal entitlements and approvals, structuring joint ventures, obtaining construction loans, negotiating easements, and resolving complex title issues.
