Danielle Bass is a corporate attorney who focuses her practice on transactional matters involving information technology and intellectual property, commercial agreements, as well as information technology and intellectual property issues arising in mergers, acquisitions, private equity, and debt financing transactions.

  • Assists clients with drafting and negotiating various agreements regarding the development, licensing, and/or transfer of trademarks, copyrights, software, or technology
  • Advises corporate clients on complex business transactions, including entity formation, corporate governance issues, and other day-to-day operational matters
  • Counsels clients on entertainment and other media matters
  • Drafts and negotiates certain commercial agreements (e.g., sourcing, procurement, and joint venture), professional services agreements, non-disclosure agreements, development and related maintenance and support agreements, outsourcing/service agreements, and licenses for use of software, trademarks, copyrights, patents, and other technology
