Court of Claims to Hear Arguments in Marijuana Tax Case Today

Following our last client alert on November 10, 2025, the parties have now fully briefed the issues, including the an Amicus Curiae brief that the drafters of the Michigan Regulation and Taxation of Marijuana Act (MRTMA) filed in support of our challenge on behalf of  the Michigan Cannabis Industry Association and PG Manufacturing, LLC, found here. The Court of Claims has scheduled a hearing for today, November 25^th. Click here for more details on the status of the case.
