Cindy Lu is a Partner in Honigman’s Corporate Department, where she represents private equity funds and public and privately held companies in domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and other complex business transactions. She advises clients across a variety of industries, including manufacturing, healthcare, and technology. Cindy also serves as trusted corporate counsel to private equity portfolio companies and other businesses, advising on governance, strategic growth initiatives, and a broad range of corporate matters.
