M.E. (Peggy) Boucher

Peggy Boucher is a senior paralegal in the Real Estate Department with more than 40 years of legal experience, much of it focused on land acquisition, development, sales and financing of commercial, residential and multi-family projects. She currently concentrates on affordable and multi-family housing, including LIHTC and PILOT financed projects, and commercial real estate projects representing owners, purchasers, borrowers and developers.

• Coordinates phases of real estate acquisition, sale and financing transactions, closing documents and closings with multiple title companies and lenders and follows each transaction to completion.
• Develops due diligence timelines and closing checklists
• Records documents and files financing statements in multiple U.S. jurisdictions.
• Files formation documents for legal entities related to transactions in multiple U.S. jurisdictions
