With over two decades of state government experience, Melissa Malerman is a knowledgeable litigation attorney specializing in election law, campaign finance, and administrative law. She advises clients on a wide range of matters involving federal, state and municipal elections, campaign financing, lobbying, and government affairs. Melissa has represented clients in ballot access cases before the Board of State Canvassers, circuit court, and the Court of Claims. Her in-depth understanding of election law enables her to guide clients through the complexities of filing for office, petition circulation, and certification to the ballot.
