Overview
Maryam Karnib Parshall is a real estate attorney in the Detroit office. Maryam’s practice focuses on matters related to commercial real estate transactions including retail and industrial and office real estate. Maryam has worked on a number of acquisitions ranging in value from $50 million to $100 million nationwide.
- Represents real estate owners and developers in the acquisition, sales, development and financing of retail, multifamily, and other commercial real estate throughout the country
- Represents clients with purchases of single tenant buildings within shopping centers, including drafting and negotiating purchase agreements and reciprocal easement agreements and assisting with reviews of surveys, title commitments and closing documents
- Assists clients with the disposition of office and industrial properties
- Assists with negotiating and reviewing loan documents, drafting opinions and due diligence
